SHIPPING

Dispatch: Due to covid restrictions and overwhelming demand for our products, orders will be dispatched up to 4 days of the order being received.

Order cut off times: If an order is received prior to 9am, it will be processed that day. Should the order be received after 9am, your order will be processed the following business day.

Transit time: The estimated transit shipping time with Australia Post. Due to environmental changes such as pandemic and Australia Post sorting procedures, these times maybe subject to change. Please visit www.auspost.com.au for all updates on this.

Standard: 4- 7 business days

Express: 1-3 business days

RETURNS

Our returns policy lasts 30 days.

Change of mind: If you wish to return after 30 days has gone by since the day of purchase, we will not be able to exchange or refund your DIPD items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Damaged or faulty: If you receive your order and it is not useable, please email us immediately at hello@thedailybrush.com.au with images and description of the faulty item. We will only process faulty or damaged products within 30 days of the customer receiving the goods. If 30 days has gone by since the day of purchase, we will not be able to exchange or refund your items.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return for change of mind, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you are returning a damaged and or unusable product, we will advise after reviewing images whether or not your item should be returned to us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Items with obvious use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once you have emailed us and sent back your return, it will be inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@thedailybrush.com.au and we will cover the cost of shipping return.
